We are looking for Business Development Manager to work on a commission basis with a full benefits package. This position require experience in creating and giving presentations, in-person and web software demos, developing sales leads and closing sales, as well as the ability to develop a long-term partnerships with customers through the "consultative sales" approach. A background in catalogs or print/web publishing industries is highly desirable.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Applicants should have either a background in the selling of technology or print & digital publishing solutions with a comprehensive understanding of computer software; a good understanding of the Internet, Printing, Graphics is required.
• Must have New account, pre-sales experiences & cold calling ability.
• Attend national and regional tradeshows.
• Competitive Intelligence gathering ability, related to trade show attendance, regional user groups, web seminars, discussions with prospective customers, and general ability to research issues using a variety of techniques, such as web research, telephone calling, networking, etc.
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing / Business Management / Digital Publishing
• Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
